Iridology is my favourite part of the consultation! I love looking into patient’s eyes to tell them all about themselves. I have had the absolute privilege of studying under two of Australia’s leading iridologists, who have more than 60 years of knowledge and experience between them. I have just finished my Postgraduate Diploma in Integrated Iridology. I am also very excited to have written the iridology subject, and am now and lecturing it, at The Southern School of Natural Therapies – which is where I studied!
So, what is iridology?
Iridology is the study of the colours and patterns in the iris. It involves the expertise of assessing a person’s iris in order to determine their genetic strengths and limitations. Every iris is different and it gives me clues as to why the patient is unwell and what is the best way to approach healing. This is the reason why everyone is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another, even though they may have the same illness.
Iridology can be performed on anyone! The main information in the iris is set by two years of age, but photographs can be taken of babies as young as 6 months (if they can hold still)!
I write in-depth iridology reports for interested people as well.
